Upcoming Wagging Tails Pet Training Classes

All classes use positive, reward based training methods, so bring small soft treats to every class.

Dogs may wear buckle collars, limited slip collars or pinch collars.

No “choke chains” allowed.

Proof of current vaccinations required.

Classes are offered Tuesday & Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Clear communication and consistency result in fun learning for all!

The five week course includes the following:

• Socialization time - Essential during this stage of a puppy's life. Proper socialization can prevent many behavior problems, such as fear or aggression toward people or dogs.
• Training basics - sit / down / come / leash walking.
• Information provided on - crate training / housetraining / handling / grooming.
• Learn how to be a benevolent leader and start things off on the right paw!
 

This eight week course develops basic skills such as:

• Sit / down / come / stand / stay / leave it / focus.
• Problem solving discussions are part of each class.
• Dogs learn by repetition and consistency, so the more training the better!
