Non-holiday Reservations

During non-holiday periods, 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required via the online portal, email, or phone. Reservations not canceled within this timeframe will be subject to the Late Cancellation/No-Show Reservation Fee and will be charged $20. Unoccupied reservations reduce total resort capacity, which may impact another guest’s ability to book their dog’s reservation. We appreciate your consideration!
