Our goal at the Canine Spa is to make your dog’s visit as stress-free as possible, so our stylists work at your dog’s pace and allow breaks as needed. Generally, we allow three (3) hours for each dog. Once your dog’s groom…
Yes! If you are scheduled for a groom, your dog is more than welcome to play in our playgroups before and/or after their groom. Additional charges may apply.
Typically dogs should be groomed every 6 weeks. Of course this varies depending on the breed and coat of your dog. Contact us for a style consultation to review your dog’s grooming requirements.
All Canine Spa guests must have proof of current Bordatella, Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (D/H/L/P) vaccinations on file.
All grooming reservations require a credit card on file, and a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. Late Cancellations or No-Show Reservations will have the full grooming fee(s) charged to the credit card on file.
All dogs must enter Wagging Tails Pet Resort on a non-retractable leash. We also require that all dogs wear a quick-release collar with their name on a tag, or harness with their name on it.
