Meet Beckett!

Beckett the Puggle has been part of our pack since she was a baby. It’s hard to believe that tiny 5-month-old is so grown up now!

These days, you can usually find 7-year-old Beckett playing Queen/King of the Mountain and sitting in the Lounge, barking at the dogs in the Arena. And she likes hanging out with her good buddy, Boss.

Owners Chris and Meg told us that when Beckett isn’t at The Resort, this sweet girl is equal parts outdoor adventurer and couch potato. She loves spending time at the lake, where she can ride on the pontoon, run in the woods, and chase squirrels. However, she’s also happy lounging in bed and watching TV.

Beckett also takes great care in protecting her home from interlopers – specifically, those FedEx and UPS evildoers. Once she’s sounded the alarm and chased them off, you can find her curled up, cat-like, on the back of the furniture. But that’s not her only feline habit. Chris and Meg had to stop leaving food on their center island because Beckett figured out how to get on top of it, and she’ll eat anything left out – including the stick of butter in butter dish!


But what’s the best part of having Beckett in their lives? “Companionship!” Chris and Meg said. “She’s ours, and we love her.”
