Every dog must complete a Temperament Assessment & Evaluation before becoming a guest at the resort. Assessments are free and include a full day of play.

Assessments are conducted ONLY during Resort Enrollment Periods in January, February, April, June, August, and October 2024. If your new customer registration falls outside an enrollment period, we will contact you during the next enrollment period to schedule your assessment!
