Tail Waggers of the Month

Meet Duke, Beau, and Bella!

Bloomington Tail Wagger

DukeDuke has been calling Wagging Tails Pet Resort his Home Away From Home for a year now. He may be small in size, but he isn’t afraid to let everyone know who’s in charge! Not only does this wily little pup run with the big dogs, he also has a sensitive side for the shy pups in the pack and loves to draw them out.

A 3-1/2-year-old Chihuahua, Duke is a rescue from Fresno, California. It took him a little while to adjust to Minnesota winters, but he took to them like a fish in water and now loves frolicking in freshly fallen snow!

Duke is a happy guy who loves being included in family activities, getting doggie massages, eating fried chicken, hiding his raw hides all over the house, his well-loved and tattered stuffed zebra, and the theme song to Jeopardy!. In fact, it seems like the one thing Duke doesn’t like is bath time – if he hears the water start running, he disappears under a bed.

What’s the best part about having Duke in the family? “He is a sweet dog and loves to give and get attention. He is truly a part of the family.”

Eagan Tail Wagger

Bella and BeauFive-year-old littermates Beau and Bella have been playing at Wagging Tails in Eagan since they were puppies. They love all their dog and human friends at The Resort but really enjoy sitting on the highest spot they can find and to watch over their domain during their visits.

Owners Michael and Cindy couldn’t resist bringing the two English Springer Spaniels home as puppies, they do everything together and are best buddies. Beau loves a good belly rub and Bella can’t resist rolling on towels and clothing – but these joyful pups also love getting in trouble, sometimes greeting guests with prizes they find in the laundry hamper if the lid is left up!

Bella and Beau are talented snuggle bugs that keep their owners on task – daily chores must be completed in a timely manner so they can have their evening massages and cuddle time.

What’s the best part of having these pups in their family? “Bella and Beau are always happy to see us. We are over the moon in love!”
